The restaurant is situated at Changkat Bukit Bintang, just directly opposite Gypsy Wine & Bar, and a stone’s throw away from Bermuda & Onion, the other two places I have visited along the stretch of shops that is frequented by more expats than locals.
The very helpful waiter, Bangladesh, came to our assistance as we sat down, and politely explained that there is no “small” menu available. Everything they serve is written on giant blackboards hung on the walls inside the restaurant, which is not exactly very convenient if you happen to sit alfresco, or upstairs.
Something different about this restaurant is they don’t have a food menu...So if you wanna check on what to eat, just take a look at the several blackboards placed on the walls...
So many sauces for you to choose to go for your food...some of this which we don't usually see is the LINGHAM Chili Sauce and the SARSONS vinegar...gotta try it
As for the Onion Ring is deep fried till a crispy flavor goes well with the tartar sauce .
The taste of the sausage roll is very special and tasty nice . Should try out for yourself oneday instead of reading my blog!
Barramundi fish & chips - RM36
As what the name is "The Magnificent Fish & Chips Bar", as you can already expect, most of us have go for the Fish & Chips...They actually have a variety of choices of fish for you to choose...Butterfish, Barramundi, Parrot Fish are some of it, which also what we actually have ordered...
Roast Chicken - RM 38
The Roast Chicken is worth to eat as the portion is big one person also cannot manage to finished it up. Really love the taste of the sauce and many side dishes in side. Its with bake potatoes, 3 big mushroom and mix vege below the roast chicken. Thumb Up for this dishes.
Salad Large - RM 25
I find that the salad is pretty nice and love the sauce they blend in .
The final bill came to RM 413 with the Onion Ring , Sausage Rolls , 3 set of Roast Chicken RM114, 2 set of Barramandi Fish and Chips RM72 and a couple of drinks and beers. The service tax is around RM50+. I would say that the price is pretty reasonable considering the fresh ingredients, nice ambiance, and very good service we enjoyed. I have a feeling I am going there again to try out some of their other stuff.
